How does the referral programme work?
Every clinic — on Basic or Premium — gets a unique referral link from Refer a Clinic in their dashboard. When clinics you refer become paying customers, you earn free subscription months: 1 month at 3 successful referrals, up to 21 months total at 25. Rewards are applied automatically to your subscription.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee on either plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Clinics can cancel their subscription according to the subscription terms.
Is the 7-day trial free?
Yes. Every trial includes full Premium features for seven days, so you can try everything before choosing Basic or Premium.
Does the price include Dentaltec laboratory services?
No. The monthly fee covers Royal Dental Cloud software only. Dentaltec laboratory products and services are charged separately.
